How do I consign items at KIDZONE?
1. Items must be in “like new” condition. All clothing must be freshly laundered (smoke-free and no pet hair) and gently worn (no stains, holes, missing buttons, etc.). Clothing should be folded neatly without hangers or pins. Clothing and shoes are accepted on a seasonal basis (February – July: spring/summer & August – January: fall/winter). All toys must be clean, complete and in good working condition (no missing pieces, broken parts, etc.). Please keep outfits and game sets together. Check your items carefully before consigning. Any damaged items will be donated.
2. Items can be transported in a laundry basket or bin; we will transfer them to one of our baskets upon arrival. Consignors are limited to one basket per week. We do not take baskets the last seven days of every month. Large items, like furniture and equipment, may be brought in anytime; they will be checked for recalls, functionality and cleanliness before they are accepted.
3. You may choose to receive either 50% in store credit or 35% in cash of the selling price of your items. We will determine the prices based on condition, style, brand name and demand. As your items sell, the money accumulates in your account. You may stop in and shop or get your cash payout any time after any items have sold.
